They were very professional, courteous and on time to their appointment to insulate my exterior walls with their "premium injection foam" The process was very smooth. However, the product itself has had absolutely no effect whatsoever on my internal temperature or energy savings. None. Zero. A complete waste of money. It's been well over one month, approaching two months and there has been no difference AT ALL. I even had them come over a second time to check if they missed something. Again, they were very nice and professional, but they said their product "is doing its job." But the product itself seems to be completely useless. What's the point of insulation if it doesn't provide ANY insulation? I would 100% not recommend this company at all. Their product, this "premium injection foam" does not work at all. Please do not use.

Salesman took plenty of time explaining all the available options, including time involved and pricing for each option. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We chose blown insulation to bring our 30-year old house up to specs. USA showed up when they said the would and took a bit less time than they had predicted. They cleaned up, offered to show me the attic, and were courteous and professional. We had gotten another quote and the prices were close. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The whole team was professional and communicated well. We had our attic insulated with spray foam, which was a two day process: Day 1 - remove the old blown in insulation. Day 2 - spray the attic with spray foam. Management and the crew were courteous, punctual, and kept us updated on the progress. Good work and I would recommend USA Insulation for spray foam insulation.

Several years ago we added on to our house and the new portion of the house had the latest and greatest in insulation. This side of the house had it's own thermostat and so I was able to clearly see how much more efficient is was than the original side of the house. I hired USA insulation for blown-in insulation and the foam insulation on exterior walls for the original (under insulated) side of the house (constructed in 1942). Steve and his team were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. The impact of this new insulation has been significant and immediate. The original side of my house is now MORE efficient than the new construction. I can tell this empirically by comparing the 2 distinct thermostats. Super excited to see how this impacts my electric bill.

It went great, my recent electric bill was only $209 for a 3000 square foot all electric house, with outdoor kitchen running 4 refrigerators, freezer and icemaker with pool, light bill is about half of what it used to be.

Attic insulation was performed as expected, 16" of blown in material over the entire area. Workers were very professional and cleaned up after the finishing. Immediately my A/C unit was able to run less and lowered my electric bill. A must have job for any home owner.

I called around for estimates after discovering that our 2006 built home had zero insulation in the upper level between the attic and the roof, and the upstairs bedrooms were getting 15 degrees hotter than the outside temperature. Many companies wanted to just know the square feet of the upper level and wanted to do a quote over the phone, but we wanted someone out to explain the problem in person and discuss our concerns. Steve Carroll (the owner) personally came out and did the quote, he listened attentively, and respectfully, Many companies I spoke to on the phone were "oh she's a woman and doesn't know anything" in their attitude but not Steve. He answered all of my questions and even showed me via an infrared camera just where our home needed insulation installed. Then after the insulation was installed they showed me how the infrared camera again and that it was now reflecting the cooler/insulated temperatures. This company is exceptional. Their customer service is fabulous, their responsiveness to inquiries, their quote was spot on and sent when it said it would be. Their workers were respectful of our space, yard and pets. They didn't end up using quite as much insulation as they bid and refunded that amount to us. They even suggested how future enhancements could save us even more money down the road. We will definitely be using them again for our further insulation needs. I cannot speak more highly of them, and would give them any business I can from friends to family!
