Years of Marine Construction, Docks, Bulkheads and Boat Houses. We typically self perform all work to insure the utmost care for your home and personal property. Education In Architecture and Degree In Building Construction Management. Recently Passed State Exam for Roofing and will soon be Offering Roofing Services. We currently use subcontractors for large projects and provide you with supervision and quality assurance. Subcontractors may include MEP's, Masonry, Large Drywall projects and other. We offer a wide range of services as small as changing bulbs to as large as Turn Key Design Build of Restaurants and Office Buildings. Services are usually on a lump sum contract price, or based on Time and Material. Service Charges are Typically $79 and Include 2 hours of labor. All esitmates are free if you mention Angie's list.
