Description of Work: We requested a bid for a small addition to our home. We e-mailed renderings from our structural engineer before the meeting. My husband took time off work to meet with Joe. Several days later, they refused to bid the job. They wasted our time. They were unprofessional and should have mentioned before our meeting if they were unable to perform the work. With complete disregard to our time and schedule, knowing they were ill equipped to take on our project. I am a little concerned with Joe's willingness complete disregard for our time.

+ 0 moreWe were extremely pleased with their work! The results were even more beautiful than we had anticipated. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! Several neighbors watched the proceess and have have either already hired them or put Sunshine on their list for future work. Joe and Robert are very skilled, careful craftsmen and true professionals.. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.
Description of Work: Sunshine was hired to construct a slate front entry porch of 5'x16' rising 2" from original cement surface, and to retile and reslope floor of large walk-in shower in master bathroom. Sunshine provided all permit and insurance papers, plus a detailed quote in a very professional and timely manner.Sunshine consulted with us about several providers of slate (porch) and tile (shower bath) - materially helping us select the proper tile and slate. They referred us to top quality providers and split the contractor discount with us so that we did not pay retail. They also picked up the slate and tile from the supplier we had chosen. During the several day construction,Sunshine was always on time, tools and supplies were kept neatly and the premises were broom clean at end of each day.

We are a full service Building Contracting firm. We mainly work in the residential market but we are available for minor commercial work. The services that we do not do in house are completed by qualified sub contractors.
