Both times the job was well handled and professionally done. David Rockwood was recommended to us by our realtor during a home sale, and she explained that he had always down timely and excellent work in these situations. He repaired and painted some rotten exterior wood and did a very good job quickly so the sale could proceed. The work he did on our garage and the window replacement (which required some additional fitting due to its older odd size) also was well done and reasonable.
