They don't stand by their work. I wrote a longer review but scrapped it to get to the essential problem. After doing more than $15,000 of work over several projects, our side walkway began to fail. Their solution to redo the entire project a much greater cost, without accounting for the original flawed job, wasn't acceptable to me. Over 3 months we played text tag with Mr. Kettell telling me each time that he was busy but would meet with me to discuss a solution. We didn't even need to meet again in person, we probably could worked out a solution on the phone in 10 minutes. Instead, he put it off again and again, never initiating, only responding and delaying over and over. An improperly installed patio drain pipe, which they even agreed they screwed up, isn't fixed 2 years later. We could have been advocates, but after being ignored this long we realize they don't value us as customers.
