 + 1 moreContractor did a great job, on time, and under budget. When screen enclosure was being connected, found some additional rot and repaired at no cost.
Description of Work: Repaired Rotten wood caused by improper screen repair from previous home owner. Removed all rotten wood and siding from wall and door frame, replaced, repainted. Re-designed how the screened enclosure connected to the roofline to prevent moisture and leaves from building up and causing rot in the future.
