Liza went above and beyond when dealing with our situation (a family member damaged our property). The glass panel I needed was very expensive and I did a lot of comparing with several other companies and Glass Specialists came out to be the best match for what I needed as well as the best price! The replacement looks great and it was installed quickly. Can't say enough great things about Liza..she is compassionate, caring and listened to me even when it was outside her line of work!! I would recommend them over any company in town as they have the best prices and exceed expectations when it comes to customer service!! Thanks Again!!

Excellent customer service provided by Liza. Liza was friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable of the company. I described what I needed and she filled in all of the details making my request complete. My glass order was ready the next day! I asked if a military discount was available and it was and my charges were adjusted. I had a great experience with Liza and Glass Specialists. Thank you!

All services were performed in a timely manner. The price was higher than I expected but that seems to be the way things are these days. Slim and Charlie were on time, worked quickly and didn’t leave a mess. I am very pleased with the end results.

They were able to complete the job quickly. They came out, measured the windows, ordered the glass and then came back out to do the installation. The windows now look beautiful and they were just great to deal with as well.

They cracked the moldings removing the windows, then replaced the broken moldings - LOOKS ugly. They broke the windows getting them out, so lots of glass shards everywhere !!!

Windows were ordered and arrived when promised. Windows were scheduled for installation when they arrived. Three man crew arrived on time and finished installation within 5 hours. There was absolutely no mess or inconvenience. All members of the installation team were polite and extremely considerate. Pricing and warranty are exceptional. We would highly recommend services from Glass Specialists.

They responded promptly, and showed up when they said they would both to quote and to install. Installation of replacement glass for three windows was done in a competent manner. The price I paid was as they had quoted, which seemed about average for this area. Technician was professional. Technician forgot to clean up some broken glass on lawn that had fallen out. Also, I found small pieces of broken glass in my driveway and on my kitchen floor after they had left.

Two installers showed up 15 minutes prior to the job, I wasn't even there yet, they beat me! They called to confirm, were friendly and professional. It took less than 3 hours to install all the windows and they did not make a mess.
I consider the price more than fair and we were thrilled not to have to replace the actual window units. Glass Specialists also provides a warranty, which was a great selling point for our home when putting it on the market.

We were referred to The Glass Specialists from another company. They set an appointment to give us a quote. The serviceman was on time and after a few measurements went back to the office and provided a quote via email. After deciding to go with The Glass Specialists, they ordered the replacement pane and had it installed within a week. The serviceman was on time and provided quality work.

Very happy with this company and the staff. I had two other estimates, but Chad was the only one that checked and told me my windows were still under warranty, and that I would only have to pay for labor. What a great surprise! His company took care of all the ordering and contacted me when the windows came in for installation. The installers were great. Very courteous and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Everyone was professional from the intial telephone call to the actual installation. The glass was measured on the first visit, ordered the next day, and installed on the third day. I could have saved some money if I had removed the frame and brought it in to the shop but I choose to have them install it to prevent any possible danger to myself in transporting the broken glass.
