While there services have been excellent over the course of many moves, the storage of my goods during the year they were stored in the warehouse, was not handled well at all. While 90% of my storage items were returned in good shape, 10% were lost or misplaced. After three months of discussions, Beaches Moving and Storage has refused to replace the items that were lost. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of people at this company. But I do not feel they handled the accommodations (no reimbursement for lost goods) for the items lost correctly.
