 + -1 moreVery professional, helpful, and friendly. The $12,000 price estimate was for labor. Materials included would have brought the project to around $17,000, on the high side.
Description of Work: We are renovating our bathrooms. Contractor came on site and met with us for an extended period of time, and provided very clear details of what services he could perform. Ultimately we decided to go with another contractor who could perform the requested services in an expedited timeline. Price and professionalism of Armadillo Construction was great however, and we would absolutely consider them again in the future if we have a renovation need.

 + -1 moreI covered this portion in the above description. The plumber was William's Big Boy Plumbing who i have used before and also recommend him.
Description of Work: I had a leak near my tub. After consulting with a plumber it was determined that it was not the plumbing but the grout. The leak was a large one. James from Armadillo Construction did a great job of re-caulking and sealing the whole area around the tub and tile. I felt the price was very reasonable and i was very satisfied.

 + -1 moreThis was by far the best experience I have ever had in getting work done to my home. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal!! Everything I had done turned out much better than I had imagined. They provided me with the best service I have ever received!! Helped me tremendously in designing my kitchen as there are so many aspects to that job. Discussed and mapped out every detail with me. They were punctual and arrived as promised, completed the jobs in a timely manner and communicated every detail to me. Cleaned up everyday and left no mess for me to have to deal with. Every job was done in a professional manner and turned out beautiful!!! I get compliments from my family, friends and neighbors everyday on how amazing my house looks!! I am extremely happy with all of the work provided.
Description of Work: I had my house pressure washed, caulked and painted. All soffits recovered and gutters repaired. Patio pressure washed and stained. Box built to cover sprinkler pump. Outdoor workbench built, fence pressure washed and sealed. Master bedroom and sunroom baseboards replaced. French doors inside repaired and painted. Sunroom and door casings painted.New light fixtures replaced and some Drywall repair. Complete kitchen tear out and remodel. To include new ceiling, cabinets, tear out of old pantry, new lighting and appliance installation, marble backsplash installed.
