Bad. The owner Pete was unprofessional and played passive aggressive games. At one point he called my husband liar and cheat because he felt we did not pay for the work we had asked him to do. Once Pete released he had been paid he did the work and did not apologize for his derogatory comments. Also the last three weeks of December, 2016 he never showed up to do the work he had been pre-paid in advance to do.

I have used this service for almost two years.  the quality of the service depends on the service crew assigned to your yard.
about 4 months ago the service declined noticeably, I called the owner of the company and told him I have to have the quality of 
service that I used to have.  he immediatly came to my house and saw the problem..  he told me that within 30 days my
yard would be back to my satisfaction.  He put a new crew to work with me and I am very happy with the results.

They are very responsive to all my requests and do a great job of mowing our lawn and pruning shrubs in our property.

Pete was very professional. He was punctual for giving me the estimate and doing the work. His crew worked hard and took care of all the dead plants and trimmed back all the bushes. He planted flowers in front of my home and hauled off all the branches and weeds. I would certainly use his services again.

I would highly recommend them. I was very happy with them. They are very reliable. Nice crew, professional, and their prices were fair.

They did a great job and were able to handle everything on our list like a bush being trimmed and removed a tree that was growing into the fence. They did all the shrubs, both front and back, and removed the weeds out of the bed. It was a really large clean-up that they were able to take of well and do a great job.

My yard was seriously overgrown, the corners in my backyard had become 'curves'. There were tons of those prickly vines that seem to sprout up everywhere. There were wild asparagus plants (they are prickly too) and some ferns that had gone wild.
The workers that came to my house were polite and very hard working. They trimmed the shrubs in my front yard and both side yard areas and especially my back yard. I have an assortment of trees and shrubs and plants. They made my yard look better than it has in years, and the price quotes (for the cleanup and then weekly mowing) were reasonable.

Solely based on this company's ratings here on Angie's List, they made the short list of people to call for quotes. He said he would call us back with an estimate. We're still waiting almost 2 weeks later, and we even called back leaving a message asking for an update. Now they're off our list.
I believe it is important and appropriate to post this experience here, as it shows lacking professionalism and responsiveness to potential customers.

Pete came out right away and gave me a quote. His crew does great work, come on the scheduled day and always close all the gates. We have dogs so this is important. We have an estate size yard, the price includes trimming, edging, weeding and mowing. We have been very happy to have our weekends back. Well worth it.

They did exactly what I asked them to do. They just came in, did the job and left. They were fine. I just called them up as I wanted it done right away and I think that their price was a little high compared to other estimates that I got to the similar work they did. They did a great job and they came the same day. They did their job, cleaned up and left.

I pay them $155 a month. They are very responsive to any requests that you might have. I have been using them for about six years. They have kept their price steady and that's why I've been using them for so long.

We are overall impressed with the quality of the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone because they are dependable and on time. The price is always reasonable as well. We had a great experience and they are very detailed and clean when doing the work.
