A T COYMAN ENTERPRISES

Our experience with this pool company was outstanding. This was the first time we had an inground pool contructed. The company was very professional and accomodating to our requests. We started the contract in October '06. The permits were submitted for us. The pool was completed within 12 weeks. We are very happy with our new pool, the construction of the deck and the screen enclosure.

Dealing with this company was a constant battle. We were mislead with timeframe for completion of job, which was supposed to be seven days. The entire project took over six weeks. They had several scheduling issues. The screen enclosure was initally installed with the wrong product, and had to be built twice. The deck was painted with the wrong color (twice). No one from A.T Coyman ever came to review the lack of quality of work completed by their contractors. They also did this work without applying for a permit from the county. When discussing these issues with Coyman Enterprises they offered no resolution or compensation. AT Coyman has a true lack of customer service and major efficiency issues. The only compensation we have received was from Holland Pools, who originally built our pool. Holland Pools is repainting our patio deck, which is generous because they had nothing to do with the poor service we received from AT Coyman Enterprises.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. THEY FLAT OUT CHEATED ME. THEY DID CRUMBY WORK. I'VE HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH PUMPS GOING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I'VE BEEN AFTER THEM FOR EIGHT MONTHS. NEXT MONTH IT WILL BE ONE YEAR SINCE I TOOK OUT THE LOAN FOR THIS. I'VE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE NEWS.
