Steve Smith Construction, Inc. is a locally owned and operated homebuilder based in Bronson, Florida. We pride ourselves in offering personalized service to all clients. The owners are involved in every aspect of the home building process, including inspection and all project coordination. Our mantra of "Let it Be Said. Let It Be Written. Let It Be Done," expresses our commitment to building a great quality house in a short amount of time. We understand the concerns and stresses associated with moving into a new home, so we do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy your new, efficiently crafted home as soon as possible.
Services we offer
Inc. has been building homes for the last 30 years. The owners are Bronson area natives, Steve Smith Construction, born and raised in Levy County. Professional memberships include the Builders Association of Alachua County, the Small Business Administration and the Bronson Chamber of Commerce. We build between 10 and 12 homes a year.Every home we build comes with a one-year builder's warranty that covers the structure of the house from top to bottom. All subcontractors are liscenced and insured.
