Our family was going out of town and we needed to board our six month old puppy for the first time. Our first choice was full and this had good reviews, so we called and confirmed they had room. When I walked in with my dog, an employee that was working with a small dog in the grooming area to the left saw me walk in. He tried to leave the dog in the grooming area but the dog was scared or excited and tried to go out the door with him. The employee responded by violently grabbing the little dog and slinging it across the room before shutting the door behind him. This was who I had spoken with on the phone and I believe his name was "Tyler". Needless to say, I care about my animal so I immediately decided I would not be leaving my animal in the "care" of this employee. I left without speaking with the employee because I may not have been able to control myself. I will never return to this facility for any reason, and I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER TAKE A PET THEY CARE ABOUT TO THIS FACILITY FOR GROOMING, BOARDING, OR ANY OTHER REASON.

I had surgery and they boarded my dogs for a month. They were very responsive. I do have an older dog that blew out the ACL on the both of his back legs during the visit. They did do a very good job and they took my dogs to the veterinarian as well. I have found a private person to do the work in the future so I will not be using them again.

They only do boarding and grooming. They have a very nice facility. The staff are all animal people. We will use them again in the future.

It went well. I particularly like that when I take her to the vet to be kenneled they just cage her. At the pet resort she has one cage where she sleeps and then she can go over to another one where her little box is. It's not like she was just in a little cage. When we went to pick her up she was he last one left so they just left her out.
