I met Peggy for the first time in April 2014. I was visiting a friend in Lake Suzy FL (near Port Charlotte) and decided to look at a few condos in the area. This was not the first time. Every time I went  for a visit, I contacted a realtor. None of them compared to Peggy. I found two condos that I liked and called the listing agent, however, no response. I then called Peggy and within 15 minutes my call was returned. The minute I met Peggy, I knew I was in good hands. We looked at both condos and when I seen the second condo, I immediately wrote out a deposit check. Peggy put no pressure on me whatsoever.

Because I live in MA, I was very nervous about doing all the transactions by phone, email and fax.  Right away, Peggy put my mind at ease. She even helped me with financing.

Peggy is straightforward, honest and dependable. Trust me, she knows what she is doing! Her client is her main concern. Peggy and I either spoke or emailed on a daily basis. She took the time to explain even the tiniest detail so I knew exactly what was happening. Papers were passed in May without my being there. 

Not only did I find a condo and a real estate agent, I found an honest, totally dedicated, trustworthy professional woman who knows her stuff and excels in customer service. She is now renting out the condo for me so I can sell my house and retire.
