I had Danny out to give a quote today. When he left, he had parked partly on our yard during a rain and rutted the yard as well as broke a sprinkler head. When we confronted Danny, his first move was to make excuses ("I only put one wheel in the yard"; "it was wet", etc.) rather than apologize and offer to fix. Then accused my husband of treating him like a child. Definitely not customer focused or considerate of personal property,

It was wonderful. Flawless from the time he came and gave the estimate and told us when they would start. They were there for less than a week. Danny and another worker worked all day in the blistering sun and got the work done. They were very honest and everything smoothly!
