I needed a new laptop and Gabriel talked over what my needs were and made a recommendation for what I needed. He ordered exactly what I wanted, loaded all the new programs, deleted the junky factory installed programs I wouldn't use, and then transferred all my data from the old laptop. All I had to do was pick it up and it was ready to go. Whenever I have a computer question, Gabriel is always so helpful and patient. A wonderful experience and I will always buy from Arcadia Computer in the future.
