At first, I was very pleased with this company, they seemed to do good work at a reasonable price. They repaired a leak in our roof and things seemed to be good, but when the leak returned in the exact same spot, they have absolutely refused to communicate or respond. For close to two months I have left multiple voice mails and emails. They did call back once early on when we tried to reach them and said they would have someone call us back to schedule, and since then, nothing. They say on their website that they stand behind their work, but that is obviously not the case.

Though Sims Roofing charges a premium price and claims “Our crews have kept us in business for many years and we believe in the level of care they possess and the hard work they do” their initial roofing repair did not remove all rotting wood and the wood they did replace was improperly attached. Their initial job was very poorly done, was not supervised and was not checked by management. After much stress and me complaining, they did finally satisfactorily complete the job.

Actually, after they finished and the next rain came, there was a small leak still near the washer/dryer in the garage. He came back and fixed it.
