We are committed to you and your satisfaction with our work; through our high quality, attention to details, professionalism and reliability you can trust. During these years we have done work in Orlando, Apopka, Winter Garden, Windermere, Heathrow, Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Spring, Longwood, Altamonte Springs and a lot of other cities. We concentrate most in residential repainting, with about 85% of work in this area and about 15% in commercial. We are a small company, with a very high quality standards. I did a lot of research before hiring a painter for my home’s exterior. After hours of checking reviews here and on other sites, I had eight with fairly good (at least) reviews who will work in my part of Central Florida; four of those were willing to come out to the house and give a firm estimate for the job. Of those four, Johnny Abreu of Well Painted was clearly the most meticulous about details of the job ahead, and, I felt, the most conscientious about making sure all the elements of the job would be completed satisfactorily. Unlike some he included each and every element in the price estimate, instead of leaving “flexibility” about what things would cost (as some contractors do—and that’s never good news for the homeowner). In the end there was one additional charge, but it was more than fair. The work was carried out professionally and in a timely fashion despite some outside challenges. I was very happy with the process and am very happy with the way the painting job turned out. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT! This is the fourth time we have had our house painted since moving into it in the 1980's. Well Painted did such an incredible job. The estimate was very thorough. The prep work done before even beginning to paint was extensive. The job itself is perfect. The house has never looked better. The paint used was of the highest quality. The workers were professional and accommodating to some of our special needs. I would and have been recommending to family and friends. They were always punctual. A first rate company!

Well Painted did a very thorough prep job which included pressure cleaning, scraping and caulking. I had a lot of shrubs which were carefully worked around with no damage. Well Painted cares about each job. Johnny kept us informed when a personal matter required his attention during our interior job. Because he has a competent crew our project was able to be completed on time.
