HE WAS VERY NICE, AND HE WAS VERY PROMPT. HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. I DIDN'T KNOW HIM AT ALL. HE CAME REFERRED, AND HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THE SPRING HAD TO BE REWOUND AGAIN, AND HE CAME BACK OUT AGAIN AND FIXED IT FOR FREE.
