It is important to note my water heater was leaking water at a rate so fast that I actually had to shop vacuum the pan every 45 minutes. He provided exceptionally prompt service and his crew was simply top notch. From beginning to end they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I feel I was given a great price considering the level of service. I will only use Steve Shepherd plumbing from this day forth. As good as it gets.

Each service call and the re-pipe were all handled professionally and at a reasonable price. Unlike some companies in the area, he does not tack on high trip charges. He gives you the price for the labor and materials up front so there are no surprises.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS SO THAT ALL THE PARTS THAT SHOWED MATCHED THE NEW TILE.
