This company was hired to remove a large oak tree and smaller tree from the propery.  We actually paid them up front the cost through Zelle and then in the early afternoon we were told one of the employees went home sick and they would have to come back Thursday morning.  I pointed out that we had already paid and he Zelled a majority of the funds back to us with us still believing he would be back Thursday morning.  Repeated calls and voicemails are unreturned.  The voicemailbox is full and no messags can be left.  My neighbor, who he was also supposed to take care of, has also been trying to reach him with no luck.  If it is a quick and easy job try them out.  Seems like anything that takes time they will run away from.  Very sad because the guy seemed really nice.

I also refunded every dollar except for the money that was taken for services provided that day... You are slandering my business I will be handing this over to my attorney"

John Silversmith showed up to give me an estimate, took the time to understand what we needed and quoted us a fair price. They were late a couple of times (including not showing up one day) due to other jobs running late. Once they arrived though, they completed the work quickly and professionally. Would use again.
