+ -1 moreI purchased an entire house full of blinds and shutters several years ago. One roller shade now has a broken cord. It’s a very simple repair and I already have the replacement cord. But because they no longer deal with this brand they refuse to send someone out. They won’t even offer a suggestion as to who I can call. Terrible customer service!

+ -1 morePoor Customer Service -- Not Trustworthy: I placed order on 1/18/2017 with a wonderful sales reps who measured and wrote up my order, which I happily paid for the product in full so they could be ordered. Two (2) weeks later the company is trying to schedule a "measurement" appointment only to tell me that I would have wait at least 8 more weeks on my shutters. When I FINALLY was able to speak with the manager I was told that a full refund would be sent out. Now over a week later I still have not received the refund that I am due. Out almost $1,000 and Upset !!!!
Description of Work: I was attempting to purchase plantation shutters for master bedroom.

Description of Work: I have called this provider multiple times in January to get my shades replaced or fixed as they were under warranty and did not work. They finally called back after about 2 weeks and sent someone here to retrieve them. I had to get them myself and reinstall them and they are still nonfunctional. My last attempt to contact the was july 3rd and they still have not returned my calls.
