Update 9/10/24 I am updating this review because after i posted our bad experience we received a call from Justin who was very apologetic. He offered to come install the awning fabric but we had already arranged for someone else to come complete the job. They have kindly reimbursed us for the cost we incurred for hiring an outside party to take care of this. We are satisfied with this resolution. Wish we were working with Justin ( and not Brenda) from the beginning because Im pretty sure we would not have waited 10 months and our emails and phone calls would not have gone unanswered. Thankyou Justin. Beware of this company!!!! We purchased an awning made by SunSetter and in less than a year it was splitting at the seams. It was under warranty so we called Shades to You as (servicing agent for SunSetter). They ordered us the new one and 2 months later we got the call they would be coming to install it (this was now Nov.2023). The very next day the installer called and said he terminated his employment so we needed to call Brenda at Shades to You to arrange for a new installer. She told us she now had no one to service our area in Lakewood Ranch but assured us she would come and install it herself if she had to. We were very patient with her and for the next 10 months we called and emailed her. She always had an excuse and eventually she just totally stopped responding to our calls and emails.We found out SunSetter awning actually fired her as their distributor and servicing agent because the service was so horrendous and they were getting many complaints!! So after waiting almost a year, we now have find someone to install the new fabric on the awning and spend more money to fix something that should have been covered under warranty. After initially spending $7000 on this awning we expected far better! This is easily the worst consumer experience we have ever had. Brenda will lie to you and try to make excuses. She will string you along when she has no intension to make it right. Do not give this rotten company your business.

What wonderful experience with Shades To You. Brenda was in the office when we popped in and was such a tremendous help. We were not sure what direction to go in and she gave us many options (samples) to take home and consider. Then quoted us each option which must have been 10 different quotes. Never pressured but took all our concerns and work out the best choice. She informed us of the entire process so we knew what to expect. Then the installers that arrived we professional knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn?t be happier with the results. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

He did blinds, install drapes and plantation shutters, at two different properties. I use him whenever I need covering etc.
