House Cleaning
One of the workers used a stripping agent on the floor instead of cleaning, damaging the floor. Then they charged me for the extra time they took to fix it. The cleaning was terrible also. They had another appointment with me, and didn't let me know until the last minute, late at night, that they weren't going to make it. No one even apologized or tried to make up for it. The service started off good and ended up terrible.
