The fee of $95 is per month. They show up consistently and will do what I ask. I have been using them for a long time.

HE IS SATISFACTORY. I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. IF I HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS I WOULD TELL HIM. HE DOES EVERYTHING. I HAVE HAD HIM FOR TEN YEARS SO YOU KNOW HE IS GOOD. HE DOES EIGHT HOUSES IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. HIS PROFESSIONALISM IS SATISFACTORY. I DON'T SEE HIM. HE JUST DOES THE WORK AND BILLS ME.
