Rizzo Roofing was quick to respond to our needs, extremely professional, reasonably priced and didn't leave a mess of any kind. They followed up to confirm that all of our needs were met. HIGHLY recommend this roofing company to anyone!

I called them and told them that the 5 years is not up yet, and the roof is leaking yet. They told me that my warranty is over, and that it was only for one year. I told him that's not what I was told by the guy who did the repair. They gave me a quote of $4800 for the repair and I told them to forget it. I got a quote from another company of around $6800 for the entire new roof, including a lifetime warranty.

They were clean and timely, they showed up when they said they were going to. They even fixed some problems we hadnt even looked at. They really cared about the whole job. We would definitely recommend them!

I found them through Angie's List. They gave us a pretty good quote and we looked at it competitively. They provided pretty fast service. One downside for them was that they were not responsive with regards to photos that they said they would provide of the work. We had a lot of nails throughout the yard that were not cleaned up. We tried to communicate with them repeatedly, but we had not had any feedback. Other than that the work was fine. Their pricing was definitely middle of the range and one of the reasons we went with them was because they had a good warranty on it. The work was done pretty fast and other than the two issues I mentioned before I think we were satisfied with the quality of work. They were not responsive after the project was done. This was the first time I used this company. After the fact was not handled well.

I contacted Rizzo Roofing about a roof leak and they had an employee at my house the same day.  He explained the problem, showed how they were going to fix the problem and gave me an estimate on how much the repair would cost. 
The repair took place a few days later and the workers did an excellent job.  They took me step by step through the repair  process while it was being done and it couldn't have gone smoother. 
I had a few other estimates that were less than what I paid, but I went with Rizzo Roofing because of the outstanding reviews I read on Angie's List.  If I have any problems in the future, Rizzo Roofing will be the first company I call.

They tore off the old roof and installed a new one.  They replaced any damaged wood they came across as well.  We had a lot of rain during the project but he came on time when he told us he was going to come.  The price was very reasonable and the workers were very polite and professional.  I would recommend them to anyone that needed to have their home re-roofed.

They were excellent. As a matter of fact, we called them and they were the first ones that came out and they gave us a really good price and they did a really good job. We got them from Angie's List. They were prompt. They returned our call and they were here and they did the job. They were good; they did the clean up. I had no complaints about them. They also gave us a discount because we said Angie's List, we got $50 off. Everything was perfect with them. I would refer them 100%.

Tony Rizzo was in charge of everything from the estimate to the final inspection, and made sure everything was completed as promised.
The price quoted was exactly what we paid and there were no hidden costs.
His crew was very professional, and kept me informed as the job was being performed.
All paperwork and photos needed for insurance purposes were completed and delivered at time of completion.

They started a week after we got our HOA approval and everything proceeded as he described. His guys did an outstanding job cleaning up during and after the job. They were done in 3 days, the roof looks awesome and the price was good.

Tony came everyday on time, workers there on time everyday gave me a good price completed all work to my satisfaction. Very nice, easy to work with guy.

We had a few different companies give us estimates on redoing our roof...my friend recommended Rizzo roofing..Mr. Rizzo came out the next day after we called did the estimate, explained everything to use, brought examples of roof shingles he uses and his price was the lowest.  We called him a few weeks later and scheduled our roof replacement...we wanted it done on a Friday so with both could be home..he schedule us for the next Friday.  The Rizzo roofing crew started early Friday morning and was done by the afternoon...I like how they made sure that no trash or nails were left went over our yard several times with a hand grater to collect all the nails...very important with three little kids.  Mr. Rizzo came by and went over all that was done and examined the roof before he signed off on it.  We are very happy with the work Rizzo Roofing did, our roof looks great and we had a great experience with this company would strongly recommended Rizzo Roofing.

Rizzo Roofing LLC were fine. He was pleasant to work with. He had the most reasonable price estimate I got. I thought I got a good deal for the money. We liked that he explained in detail exactly what he was going to do. He took photos for us to send to send to our insurance company, to maybe get a discount on our insurance.

The owner did the estimate, not sales people.  The entire job took 2 and half days on a pretty big house.  Price was the lowest, I got 6 quotes, all the others are at least $3000 more than Rizzo's quote, the highest was $9000 more.  Workers are polite, on time, and very thorough.  I highly recommend this company.  Rizzo Roofing rocks !

We purchased a home that had been neglected (which is common nowadays). We expected to repair the usual items, paint, carpet, appliances etc. After these items had been addressed, we entered the rainy season in Florida. Sure enough, the roof had two substantial leaks. Of course we discovered this after the ceilings had been repaired and repainted. We contacted the original contractor who had done the repair work a year previously and did not get any action. In fact, not even a call back. We were fully prepared to pay but still no call. I got in contact with Rizzo Roofing. Within a day, Tony (the owner), was climbing all over my roof showing me his concerns that needed addressing. He gave me a detailed quote later that same day which I approved. Within two days he was back with his team. He expected it to take about 4 hours...instead it took about 8 hours after uncovering substantial problems.However, being an honest business man, he stuck to his original Quote. Tile roofs are especially hard to work on because of all the layers involved and getting even the slightest crack or pinhole plugged in the membrane under the tile itself. After the job was completed, we had yet another record storm with torrential rain, a slight leak came back. The Rizzo Team returned the very next day during yet another rain soaked afternoon and worked until they found the final leak. Again, no extra charge. It is becoming so difficult to find people to do things around your home that you can trust. Rizzo Roofing is one of the few I found. I would highly recommend them to anyone with roofing problems. They are experienced, professional, polite and stand by their work. They work hard, stick with it and get the job done. Although they might not be the cheapest in town, I believe they are the most fair considering the quality of work and their willingness to come back. Besides, "cheap" is not a good thing when you are getting the most important component of your home repaired. Give them a call, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

They came back 3 weeks after the storm and repaired the whole roof. They did a good job with the work.

The last time I had a roof done, about 20 years ago, the other company replaced it with plywood. Rizzo replaced it with tongue and groove, which is what the house was originally built with. I had a valley that was giving me leaks and they put in an under-layment in and other things as well to help prevent future leaks. They showed up on time and worked really hard. They cleaned up well when they were done. If needed, I would use them again for future service.

It was an excellent experience using this company. They have great workers, are nice, and cleaned up the area before leaving. There was not any shingle granules on the walkways or driveway. I highly recommend them for any roofing job.
