We contracted Proformance to replace our 20 year-old main roof as well as recover the aluminum roof on our enclosed (stud-frame) patio with a new layer of silicone. Proformance was always proactive in providing us updates on when the roofing materials will be delivered and when the install would begin. Both the materialsâ delivery and the main roof install occurred as promised and they did a great job. Unfortunately, while Proformance workers were cleaning the aluminum roof in preparation for the new silicone layer, a section of the aluminum roof began to cave-in. Although Proformance attempted to repair the roof, it was impossible to repair and they determined that the entire roof would need to be replaced. Without hesitation, Proformance agreed to replace the entire roof. As bad luck would have it, while Proformance was working with an aluminum roofing company to replace the roof, a rain storm caused the roof to collapse in and drench the patio during the 4-hour rain storm. Although we didnâ t have any property damage, the patio was a disaster. Once again, Proformance immediately stepped up and committed to replacing the entire patioâ s drywall and flooring. Their commitment to â making this rightâ was absolutely amazing! They did not question the contractor quote or when/how to pay the contractor and ensured we received the attention and repairs necessary to get our patio back in order. During this entire process, Jose Diana, the Proformance Field Supervisor handling this incident went above and beyond to make every attempt to mitigate the impact on us during this entire event! When the roof collapsed in, Jose responded to evaluate what could be done. While waiting for the new aluminum roof to come in, Jose brought in a crew to remove the old roof, clean up the area and build a temporary wood roof until the aluminum could be installed. Jose called me almost everyday, providing updates on when the new roof will be in, when they company will arrive to install it and then checked in with us after the aluminum roof was installed. Weeks later, Jose checked in with us again just to make sure there were no issues with the new roof and that there were no issues with the contractor replacing the walls and floor. Jose stayed connected during the entire process and was the embodiment of Profromanceâ s commitment to resolving this for us. Although this was an unfortunate incident during our roof install, Proformanceâ s customer service during this and their assurances by Mark, John and Jose from day one that they will replace everything was unmatched in all my times dealing with home contractors. In today's times, it's really hard to find a honest and trustworthy company, that's committed to excellence and is 100% true to their word. Proformance is that company. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

These professionals will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. Excellent price. Fast and efficient work. Had our entire roof and support structure finished in 12 hours. Worked non-stop until it was done and I was happy with the work. You can't beat these people.

ProFormance Roofing was amazing from the beginning to the end of our roof replacement. Tim came out to our home to do an estimate and was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The crew that showed up to install our roof was incredibly efficient and very thorough. The crew was made up of a relatively large group of installers who clearly knew what they were doing and did a beautiful job. The cleanup was very thorough over both days of installation. We have a large and very steep multilevel roof which is very challenging to cover. It looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier with our choice. We highly recommend ProFormance Roofing without reservation.

After contacting Home Advisors I met with 3 roofing companies and was delighted with my choice. Proformance Roofing was at the top of my list and it was exciting to meet with a company that I believed would do a great job. Bruce the account manager was very knowledgeable and gave me much more information than I expected while walking me through the replacement roofing process which made me feel even more comfortable.' The supervisor was present and checked in if I had questions. The staff worked diligently from early morning to dust. Proformance did a thorough cleanup of all debris and nails before they departed the property. I have since received many compliments on the new roof. I am extremely happy with my decision to select Proformance Roofing who did a fantastic job.

I live out of state, these contractors readily provided photos of additional unseen damages in real time so I could approve additional wood repairs. The Job only took one day, they handled permits and cleaned up after. I am happy with the job.

This rating is based on experiences today. I have contacted the contractor to resolve, and will provide a final rating once those issues are addressed.

Very easy to deal with. They were very professional in the install of my roof. Cleaned up the site and sent me all the pictures from start to finish as I am in a different state so I could not be there to see install. Great work!!

This company was amazing. We had a few hiccups in the beginning with weather but they kept in touch and let me know when the would be there. They finished my roof in 1 day!! Want expecting that!?
