The service did not go very well. It was damaged. The overflow valve was ragged and jagged, and the light had been removed over the sink. When they were done, I just glanced and gave them the check. Then when I noticed, I called them, and the vice president supposedly is who I talked to, said that they were supposed to put a beady ring over there. Nobody puts a beady ring over an overflow valve, unless it is damaged to begin with, and so, they sent it out damaged. The lady came out and drilled away, and got the jagged thing off, and then she left saying that she couldn't fix it, and somebody else would come. They never showed up, and the lady said she has to call Andre and call me back, and this was after 3pm, and they didn't call back. My husband was on the computer last night at 8pm, and there was an email saying somebody would show up today between 2pm and 4 pm. I don't think they have it all together. I think they need some classes in business acumen. Their price was average. The samples that I had looked at were all nice and pretty, and what they brought out here, was not even what I had ordered.
