Description of Work: Very courteous and competent, always willing to help. Their prices are very high. They are always fair and responsible. Their hours are limited, and it would be nice if they stayed open later in the evening.

Description of Work: Corrected improper installation of a new gas pool/hot tub heater. Another company had installed it and made some serious mistakes. We had numerous problems and could not reach the company that put it in. We were very happy with the technician Pinch-a-Penny sent.

+ -1 moreThey were very conscientious. The price was very fair as far as I could tell. They were very willing o come back if there were any problems. The price was a little more than I thought it would be but nobody else pinpointed an exact price for me.
Description of Work: I used Pinch-A-Penny to replace my pool vacuum with a different type of pool vacuum that works wonderfully well. It has a different principle.

+ -1 moreEACH TIME WE GO TO THE STORE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY ARE PERFORMING. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, IF THEY CAN'T GET TO THE BOTTOM OF A PARTICULAR PROBLEM WE ARE HAVING, THEY HAVE EVEN COME TO THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: WEEKLY SAMPLES OF WATER IS TAKEN IN TO BE CHECKED FOR THE QUALITY OF OUR WATER. WE ALSO HAD TO REPLACE THE BAG FOR OUR VACUUM AND NEEDED FLOATERS FOR THE HOSE.
