Very professional and friendly. She makes an effort to spend time with our pets and make sure everyone is ok and happy. And she loves each and every one. You get way may than you are paying for when Mary is sitting for you.

We met Mary probably about 11 years ago at the vet where we took our fur kids. We originally boarded our babies at the vet however one of them wouldn't eat & barked constantly because it would stress her out so bad. Mary told us that she did pet sitting so we decided to give her a try and have been using her the past 11 years. She's been wonderful and patient with our 3 fur kids and they love her as do my husband & I. She's been nothing but trustworthy & dependable and goes way above & beyond what she has to do. We have a senior dog (14 yrs old) a 3 year old and a year old puppy that are a lot of work but Mary never ever complains about any mess that they might make, for instance they like to bring sticks & leaves in the house and might have an accident on the floor but Mary takes care of it. She brings our mail in while we are gone which is also nice. We highly recommend Pets Elite without hesitation to anyone who may need a petsitter. Thank you Mary!!!!

Overall the whole experience with Pets Elite has been great. I have no complaints. She takes care of the dogs, is respectful of my home and provides the service I need.

First off let me say that we are very pick and demanding customers......
We started using Mary when we moved to our new neighborhood. She was highly recommended by our neighbor that uses her to take care of her high maintenence dogs. Mary arrived at our home to meet us. Not only did she provide us with a professional package detailing her background and services, but she went to on to describe how she worked as a Vet Tech and has landscaping abilities and training.
Imagine that.... Not only does she take care of your pets, but also your plants!
We were most impressed to the attention Mary gives to security... After all, you are away from home when she is watching your pets. She does an outstanding job of making sure your house is secure and there are no disasters in your home while you are away.
We have a difficult cat that requires daily medication (which he hates) and has constipation issues. It is such a relief to be able to go away and know that everything is fine. Mary closely monitors health issues and is able to deal with these situations. She has a very calming way about her that even our difficult one responds well to. She takes the extra time to play and just be around your pets. She even sends me texts and pictures while i'm away from my "boys".
Her references are outstanding, as I have checked many of them.
She is very accomodating,,,, even at the last minute!
I trust her completely, not just with my "babies", but my home as well.
If you use Mary you will never need another pet sitter!
