+ -1 moretry to contact the owner by phone but out of service and now dealing with the legal cost of this lien on my property
Description of Work: outdoor brilliance took my deposit $4700 and went out of business . then before he went out of business he put a lien on my house the I can not remove for about the full cost of $10000.00. when I research later I found out he did the same to several other homeowners took their money and never completed and stiif them with a lien..Beware when dealing with outdoor brilliance and Mr. James D. Kennedy the owner
