General Remodeling
Joe G Holland Sr. / Orlando Constructors took $1950.00 from our small business start-up, used verbal bullying and intimidation to try to extort money from us and force us to use unlicensed subcontractors. Suggested doing work under the radar without applying for permits, refused to work with our subcontractors as contracted, sent an unlicensed engineer and architect to consult with us. Screamed, yelled, berated and sent harassing text messages. BEWARE, this man is verbally violent and scary. Look him up on Orange County Clerk of Court BEFORE meeting with this man. He did absolutely nothing but cause us chaos, stole $1950.00 from our business and delayed our opening by two weeks. We have since hired a reputable General Contractor. If this post saves one person or small business from the debauchery of this man, then posting this is worth it!
