There were a few things that concerned me about your review. First, We never charge by the hour, we always charge by the task or work to be done. Your Refrigerator was a Samsung, and that particular assignment would've taken the tech about 30-40 minutes to complete . If the tech told you 15 mins. that was incorrect information. If I would have known this ahead of time, I would have handled this appropriately. I do apologize for this misunderstanding. Also, the tech never knew you were an Angie's List customer. We do special pricing for our AL customers. It bothers me to know this was over-looked and we could not accommodate your needs.
