I have used this service before. Made one call and set appointment for next day,technician arrived at scheduled time and performed his service. Technician was very knowledgable and very neat.

Rick was very punctual and polite. After he performed all the work mentioned above I asked him if had ever bowled on the Wii and he said he had not. I set the Wii for bowling and let him try it, he was very impressed and seemed to enjoy himself. Rick was a gentleman each time he visited my home.

Rick is a very pleasant young man who obviously knows his business. I had a list of questions printed out for him based on my previous experiences (I am a serendipitous ''trial & error'' computer user so he generously wrote a response to each one of them for the future should I encounter similar problems. He also urged me to call him by phone for ''on the spot'' solutions to small computer problem and recommended some computer manuals that would be most helpful.

Rick was very kind, non pushy and thorough. He went over and beyond the call of duty. He came to my house and I felt like he was part of the Family..REALLY! It is odd finding such a nice guy that is a Computer Guy! He is also expecting his second child!
