John worked with me on a build out for my business. He gave me a written estimate that was broken down and complete. i recieved estimates from 6 other builder's and they were very vague. After reviewing the estimates, four were thrown out since the numbers did not match the known cost of the items to be installed and were clearly low ball estimates. The other two were very vague. I decided to use KTS Construction Consultants because the estimate was very complete. The build out went very smooth. When the job was complete we were $4,000.00 below the estimate, that never happens. John stops by periodically to check on how things are and responds immediately to any problems. I have since had him do two other jobs for me, a flooding repair and an equipment tub. As always, both jobs were done on time and at or below the quoted price. KTS Construction Consultants is accurate, honest and quality focused. They stand behind their work, which is not very common today. I highly recommend them.
