Because of equipment problems I was postponed twice so I at first wasnâ t impressed. But once they were able to get started, they â went to townâ . Iâ m very satisfied with the finished product - no more dirt driveway. So thank you for a job well done.

I paid $4,500 for new shade-tolerant sod. It is worse than before. Tons of bare spots and weeds. I did exactly what they told me to do and they will not respond or resolve. I sent them proof that they did not put the promised sod in and they ignore me. STAY AWAY unless you like wasting your money. Have a Better Business Bureau complaint reviewed.

"Greta, I have responded and did all I could. You notified us of the sod seven months after it was laid. I went back and forth with the nursery; they reviewed the pictures and even came to look at the sod, and I spoke with you several times. I explained the warranty and why the nursery would not replace it due being seven months since the sod was laid due to treatments that you have been having on the sod, including watering. There is no way to determine the problem after seven months. I have never ignored you and have spoken with you numerous times. I am sorry we could not help with this issue."

Hired them to put in plants and shrubs. Within months they all died. I had another company services who does my lawn treatment come take a look to make sure they did not kill them by accident. The office manager himself came out and showed me how JMC just took the plants out of the pot and put them in the ground and never actually planted them correct. Said they took the lazy way out and that is why everything is dying and I am out $2k Next time ill watch the company install them, but it certainly wont be JMC

I received a home visit and written estimate within 24 hours of my request. I was lucky enough that once I accepted the estimate they were able to fit me in the very next day. Abe and his assistant arrived exactly on time and completed the job three hours less than what was a initially anticipated. Abe showed me the proper way to ensure that my plants stayed healthy. He offered advice on how to better maintain other plants around my yard that they were not servicing that day. They cleaned up and blew/swept my deck, sidewalk and driveway leaving my home in pristine condition. Abe and his assistant were both friendly and professional. I will use JMC for all of my future jobs.

Sod Installation
We had sod, rocks, and some concrete to stop some water pooling done. They showed up when they said they would. They called and kept in contact with me. We no longer have water pooling and our sod looks great. Most of all- the rocks exceeded my expectations, which is silly because they are in such small areas- but my goodness it made a huge difference and drainage is amazing. We added on a couple of sprinklers and they were very reasonable on those too. My husband and I both feel like their prices were good - in line with where they should be and cheaper on some- especially since it came out so well. Eventually we want a whole yard re-do- and we will definitely call them.

Sod Installation
"Abe" handled the job from start to finish (quote-bobcat-even laying sod. Robert was also the "man"--laying 7 pallets of sod by himself--without taking a break. Can't say much for the rest of the crew. It was Abe; Robert and Keith toward the end of job. So to wrap this up, the 5 stars go too Abe and Robert. Great job!!!!

I was told they would clean up our palm and trim our other bushes and didn't but it was not on the written statement so I didn't push it so I guess it is my fault, However the work they did I have no complaints at all.
