I highly recommend Jim, who performed some tricky carpentry work on the frame encircling a unique round window in our dining room. Previous attempts to mend the rotting frame had failed. But Jim knew that the frame itself first needed to be rebuilt before the surface wood was replaced and painted. Jim also replaced some other areas of wood rot around our house, then installed insulation in a 400 -square-foot area of our attic. He did an excellent job. Then he helped me and my wife replace all the Christmas decorations and other valuables that we had stored in the attic. No small task, which was not part of the deal. If you want the job done right, then hire Jim. Heâ  s multi-talented, a good listener and a friendly guy.
