THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US PICK OUT THE RIGHT SIZE OF BLINDS. THEY TOLD US HOW TO MEASURE THE WINDOW TO MAKE SURE WE WERE GETTING THE RIGHT SIZE. THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE WERE ALSO GOOD BECAUSE THE HAD THE BLINDS AND INSTALLED THEM PROPERLY.

Carpet Installation
72 HOURS OF CARPET WORK TOOK 30 DAYS. THEY SAID IT WAS CANCELLED. THE ORDER WAS LOST. YOU NAME THE EXCUSE. WHEN THEY GOT IT IN, THE CARPET IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WAS CUT SHORT. WHEN THEY CAME TO REPAIR IT THEY TORE IT. THEY SEAMED IT IN. THEY DID END UP REFUNDING THE MONEY BACK FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM. I WOULDN'T GO THROUGH HOME DEPOT FOR CARPET AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS FINE.

SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MEASUREMENTS SINCE WE MEASURED THE ENTIRE WINDOW AND THEY KNEW HOW TO ALTER THE LENGTHS DUE TO THE ROD BEING HUNG INSIDE THE WINDOW. WE DID HAVE TO TAKE THE BLINDS BACK FOR THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR SINCE THEY TOOK OFF AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES AND THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO SHORT. THE STORE TOOK THE MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT TROUBLE SINCE WE HAD THE RECEIPT AND HAD JUST PURCHASED THE BLINDS THE PREVIOUS DAY.
