"I understand that you are unhappy with the service we provided and don't expect you to return to us as a customer, for which we regret. If I may, I would like to clarify a few things. Upon inspection of the irrigation it was found that the issue was faulty equipment and not a busted sprinkler head from being run over by our guys. If it had been our fault, we would have repair it at no cost to you. Once we determined that problem, we did not do the repair until after confirmation that there would be a service charge and we got the go ahead to do it. If this was in question, I wish it had been brought up at the time so that would could clarify it in person before it became an issue. We do every thing we can to help our customers but there is only so much we can do if we are unaware of any misunderstandings that arise. When our maintenance customers have lawn care with their monthly service, we treat the lawn as needed every time we are on the property and though it may not seem like there is a big treatment done, it does get a treatment every week instead of every 2 months. As for our pricing, the service agreement clearly states that our prices are for an average of 45 visits per year. The lawn does not need to be cut every week in the winter and by having the same price in the winter as in the summer we can allow for the no charge extra visits during the spring and summer when it truly does need it. And there is less confusion that having a higher price in the summer and a lower price in the winter would cause. We do regret you had an unhappy experience from us, please know we will be using this review as a learning tool to help us be more clear with our customers so there are less misunderstandings in the future."
