 + -1 moreFriendliness, honesty and trust are three words I never thought I'd use for any AC contractor. We have had bad experience after bad experience since living in Florida...until friends referred us to Genesis a couple of years ago (when our AC went out in August!). Since that experience 2 years ago, Genesis has been our "go to" company and we have yet to be disappointed. Phone calls are returned quickly and every interaction has been professional. I highly recommend them for general maintenance or repairs. I almost can't wait for the unit to completely fail so we can have them install one the proper way!
Description of Work: We have been riddled with AC issues due to a bad install back in 2005 from another AC company. Genesis came out to diagnose the latest issue, which turned out to be a blown transformer and several shorted wires.
