I had them come and work on two of my fountains. Replacing float valves and a pump motor. I wasn’t home at the time of their work and after service noticed one float valve wasn’t auto shutting off and was over flowing the fountain. I contacted Andrea Barnes the customer service manager and was told it would be about two weeks to get someone over to look at it. I also asked them to inspect for a leak in the base of the fountain. Since it has a small leak. They didn’t fix the valve, made no mention of it in their report to me from the owner. Their owner Jannis Garrett just sent me a quote of $5500 to replace the base but did not mention the faulty float valve they installed. A slow leak is not the end of the world in this fountain and just replacing the valve and having it auto shut off makes in useable. I followed up and emailed the owner Jannis asking him about the float valve issue. A week went by without any response, call or comment from them. Not a professionally owned or operated company. If you install a bad product, fix it, and move on. It’s been over a month since it was brought to their attention and no action has taken place.

It went great, so good that they came and fixed the front fountain, which really had never worked properly. The work was done quick, the office kept us informed all the time. Two months later we called for the rear fountain, they went above and beyond to scheduled us before Thanksgiving. Again a great job, we highly recommend them.

We could not find anyone to replace the burned out motor in our fountain. It was a sad stained dirty mess and we missed how pretty it used to be. I found the Fountain Doctors on Angies List and they were wonderful. We live out of their usual service area, but they said they would come. They were prompt, professional and fairly priced. They replaced the motor and cleaned it to look like new. They also gave advice on keeping it looking good. If you need service on your fountain, don't hesitate to use this great company.

I moved into a house with a fountain that is such a pain. For the first couple months, the fountain kept tripping the electrical breaker. Also, the light on the fountain kept going on...then off...then on...then off permanently. And the irrigation filler that is supposed to fill the fountain when the sprinklers turn on didn't work. Not to mention the whole thing could use a good cleaning. I had to manually fill the fountain twice a week, flip the breaker every other day, and skim algae out once a week that grew when the fountain didn't work. Grr. Called Fountain Doctors to rectify the situation. The Doc replaced my pump, which was the cause of the breaker tripping. And he cleaned the fountain very nicely with a power washer--it is truly beautiful! He was fast, courteous and professional. And when I had an issue with too much water spraying out of the fountain, the company quickly sent a guy back to the house to install an adjustable switch on the pump so I could control the flow. However, the Doc didn't know what the problem was with the light, and was stumped by the irrigation valve. Months later, I'm also a bit disappointed by the pump they installed...it doesn't automatically shut off if the fountain runs dry. It just grinds the motor indefinitely until I run out with my hose to fill it up again. Which wouldn't have been an issue if they could have fixed my auto filler. Guess I'll have to call an electrician to look at the lighting issue, and an irrigation specialist to deal with the filling issue. If all you need is a cleaning and a new pump, they're a fine company, and reasonably priced. But if your fountain has any other issues, they might come up short.

Fountain Doctors came out to my home to repair and renovate my 8 year old fountain. It was one of those lions that the water comes out of his mouth into a bowl.
The lights and pump had stopped workiing about a year ago.
They emptied the bowls cleaned and sprayed the fountain getting rid of the algae and mold.
Changed the pump and lights and put in new tubes.
Great job for $252 my $3500 fountain looks brand new.
I would highly recomend these people.
