We initially called AAA Garage Door Repairs - Orlando to fix the issue:  they came promptly as scheduled, and without examining the door opener,  stated we needed a new door opener which they would install for $565.00.  

We then called Florida Door Solutions for a second opinion.  They were professional and prompt and honest: the door opener  simply needed to be properly lubricated.  Total bill $95.00 and the opener now operates like new.

FLORIDA DOOR WAS THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPER.
HE WAS THERE THE 2ND DAY AFTER I CALLED THEIR 24 HOUR ANSWERING SERVICE.
I STAYED WITH THE INSTALLER AS HE DID HIS REPAIR.
HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
HE RECOMMENDED A GOOD GARAGE DOOR LUBRICANT.

Tony came and was courteous and professional. The work was completed in a short time and he answered all my questions and even explained the quality of this model. He even set the code for the Homelink on my auto.
I will definitely use them in the future for any service needs on the garage door.

They provided the door thru Costco which saved 400.00 dollars.Their installation was inexpensive and perfect.they even set the complicated electronic setting and instructed me in their use.I would never use anyone else.

When I wanted to surprise my wife with a new garage door opener for Christmas but my work schedule wouldn't let me shop around, I relied on phone calls and internet searching to find what I needed. After a couple conversations with the ladies in the office, I trusted my gut and scheduled the installation. They were completely wonderful to work with when I wanted to make the surprise work for Christmas morning. They made special note not to call the home phone before Christmas day. And they were extremely accommodating to arrange for me to pick up a small transmitter during my last minute scrambling so I could have something wrapped under the tree. On the day of installation, Brandon was right on time and ready to get to work. He responded to all my on-site questions and concerns with clear, direct and professional answers. He was easy to talk to but didn't let conversation slow him down. I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly he finished the job. He worked with me to make sure I knew exactly how to operate our new equipment and gave me great advice on future potential concerns regarding our door and opener. He left the area clean. Except for a wonderfully working garage door, you couldn't tell he had even been there. I was so pleased with the company that when I had a concern about damage to our home's front door, I called Florida Door Solutions first - hoping they could help. Unfortunately, they don't deal in those kinds of doors. However, anything to do with my garage door in the future, they will be my one and only call.
