So far we had a preliminary meeting at which they were very thorouhin their explanation of what they will do, how often they will do it, and how much it will cost. They have also come out for their initial treatments of our lawn. It has been about 6 weeks since their initial treatments and what they have done so far seems to be working very well. We have less weeds, the lawn looks to be getting more full and greener.

Two weeks ago I was walking outside and noticed a bunch of ants that was adjacent to the lawn so I called them. 10 days past and I finally spoke with someone. I asked why I haven't heard from anyone and they said they would be coming out today, the same day as the call, to take care of it. The guy came and didn't spray and wrote me a note saying they have to reschedule. Then he came back and showed up at my door basically telling me that they don't really treat for ants and that it wouldn't last. I got nothing but excuses. They have caused me ant infestations that I didn't know were coming from the lawn that was causing issues with my exterminating company that does pest control work. I blame them for not controlling what should've been controlled in my lawn. I don't trust them and this is not the service I asked for. I felt deceived. All their paperwork said no bugs, that would mean all and any kind including ants. I ended up having to treat the lawn myself.

Rick our technician came out recently for our second visit. We added tree and shrub care to our existing lawn care. Rick answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on our shrubs, trees and lawn. He is very thorough with his service. I like how Rick gave me a printout on everything he did to our lawn, shrubs and trees. He also provides instructions for me on how to further care for our landscape. Evergreen has great programs in which they provide confidence to the customer by writing all chemicals applied on the invoice. I have spent hundreds of dollars on our new landscape with lots of hard work planting it all myself, so therefore I needed a reputable company to take care of it. Evergreen has provided just what I need. Rick shows a lot of pride in our lawn and landscape. Thank you and Keep up the good work !

Joe B. reached out to me and was in constant contact when providing a quote and then following up. So far techs have come out to treat my lawn twice and while its still too early to tell how effective everything has been I am confident that all will turn out well. Joe Blackburn came out in a timely manner and discussed our needed program. He wasn’t in a hurry and seemed knowledgeable in all areas of lawn care. The office staff are very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. TJ our technician came out and again he took time to explain everything to me and even spent an hour treating my lawn. He was in no rush to just get the job done, but showed great expertise and care to do a professional job on our lawn. I am so happy with Evergreen and the quality of service they provide. Looking forward to Spring in Florida and a green healthy lawn to go with it.

Jordan Williams, our servicing tech, does an excellent job. He notifies us of any problems and what needs to be done to correct them. Today he treated our Holly Trees for a fungus. He advised that he would return in 2 weeks to reinspect them. Again, our tech , Jordan Williams, is very knowledgable, he does an excellent job.

I was contacted by a representative(Joe Blackburn) the same day as I emailed my online request. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience in order to address my problems. During the visit he performed an in depth examination of the lawn and we discussed all of my options. The quoted price and frequency of treatments was fair and reasonable. Within a few days the technician (Onix) came by to treat my lawn. He explained in full all of the products he was applying and told me what results I should expect. Within 7-10 days the overall condition of the lawn had noticeably improved and well on the way to recovery. I would gladly recommend Evergreen and their employees to friends and neighbors.

It went Fantastic!!! We've used numerous companies in the past and Evergreen is by far the best company out there. Our tech Klint has done an amazing job on our lawn and it's looking better than ever. Anyone who is in need of these services should 100% contact Evergreen. Don't waist your time with the other guys. Evergreen will amaze you with the deference in your lawn. I will be telling everyone I know about them.

Definitely saw some improvements but still a little bit lacking. I wanted my lawn to pop, no questions. I called and asked for a seasoned manager to assess what was going on and what I could expect. We met on the lawn and he said he suspected might irrigation was not running right and I said he was mistaken that it works perfectly fine and comes on as per the schedule and makes everything wet. To show me what he meant he did an irrigation test with a bunch of little cups. Showed me some areas were only getting wet and not much more. I used Angie's List to call a reputable irrigation company and they adjusted my system and I insisted that use the cups to set the time on the timer so I would getting the proper amount and uniform coverage. Wow, two months later I have the most gorgeous lawn I thought I would never have. Actually seems so much easier to take care of now and I like the write ups because they always seem to stay one step ahead of the game by giving me advice on things that are approaching as far as conditions and things to look out for. My lawn would never be so green without Evergreen.
