I tried to contact Eric many times. I was able to speak with him two or three times where he would explain he was busy and would call be back. He promised to call back by many times but recently he promised to call 8/5, then 8/6, then again on 8/8 and I still haven't heard back from him. I have a list of other companies to get bids on, but I have been waiting on Eric to call back. I have waited over 10 days for services from Eric. It is fine if he can't ever make time for me, but he needs to let me know this.
Description of Work: I tried to contact Eric for a bid at the end of July.

Erik does excellent work, he improved the wall mounting which was improperly hung by the original workman.
Description of Work: Re-installes wall mounted flat scree TV.

Excellent. Eric was able to determine the problem and repair it in less than 90 minutes. The electrician who installed the system was unable to determine the problem and stopped retuning my calls. Eric is very professional, polite, clean and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.
