ELITE AIR CONDITIONING & HTG

I think Ted is in the middle of re-vamping his company, so it was hard to find him on Angie's list. But this is definitely his phone number, and "Elite" was in the company name somewhere. Anyway, I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this guy as an A/C repairman. I have to give background first: Last January we had an emergency on a Saturday at our rental townhome. I randomly called several close-by a/c repairmen that came up on Google search (I was not an Angie's list member yet) and Ted was the only one who called me back. When he came out to the rental, he heard the water sloshing around in our inside unit and was worried... but in true Macgyver fashion, he drilled a hole into the bottom of the unit and the rusty water drained out. I AM CERTAIN that he saved us thousands of dollars that day. Any other A/C guy probably would have tried to sell us a whole new inside unit. Fast forward to last Thursday... our A/C went out at our residence, and I called Ted again. He was able to practically diagnose the problem over the phone, based on my description. He came out at the crack of dawn the following day with the suspected part in his truck, and wah-la! Only $155 including labor, and we had a cold house again. I tell you, when you find a trustworthy guy who works hard, it is a nice thing. I almost hate sharing him with ya'all... lol
