I had originally called someone from Home Advisor. They had sent someone that tried to scare me into getting a New Central AC. I then went on to your site and found Mr. Allan Simpson. I told him that I needed a second opinion and asked about service fees. He said that it was on his way and will call me 30 minutes before arriving. He was prompt and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it. I did not need a New Central AC and he gave me an excellent price. Mr. Simpson is very honest, professional and intelligent. He is not out to rip you off. He is not money hungry and cares about his reputation. As a matter of fact, I had to remind him to bill me. I would highly recommend him.

They did a great job. The guy came in, he did the job, he told me what was going on, he kept me up to speed and he got done when he said he would. They worked great for me. It was right on time. Everything was perfect. I was happy.
