For two yeras Jason and his team completely took over all aspects of our computer network. The easy stuff was obvious - updates, data preservation, bandwidth, and so on. But the more he got invlolved, th emore he found we needed. We had serious equipment issues, security concerns, and major inefficiencies. They fixed all that in a cost-effective and thorough manner.
He was responsive, polite, effective, and skillfull. Don't risk your database. Work with these guys.
The only reason we left was because we went in-house. Even during that time of transition, Jason and his team worked very closely with our new staff member, and was an enourmous help in getting every detail covered - right down to passwords and security details.
