They did a great job setting the traps and proofing my house so the pests wouldn't get back in. Very responsive and patient as I asked a lot of questions regarding the process.

I had to call them back once to get the last one.

Carl and his team did an excellent job dealing with my squirrel problem. They surveyed and blocked all the possible entry points and did not ask for the final payment until they were satisfied that the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who has a similar problem.

Very well. I tried on my own for 2 months to get rid on my ants. Critter and Pest Defense arrived on time, identified the problem, the food source, the patterns ants normally follow and killed them all!! They even came back to do a residual service which is like putting a forcefield around our house to keep them away in the future.

Update: the rats are back and all I hear are excuses. I have hired another company. In life you should choose wisely.

We had squirrels living in our attic space.  Critter & Pest Defense came and found where they getting in and also places where they could get in if not sealed off.  They repaired what needed to be repaired, got the squirrels out, and decontaminated the attic space. They also do our home pest control and removed rats from our office space at a seperate property.  They have a warranty on their work and also guarantee the job.  The price shown was only for the home/squirrels removal.  The removal of rats was a seperate location with seperate repairs and work that had to be done.  They also do our yearly pest control and the price is the best we found in town.  Their service is detailed.  When we have called for service they make us a priority and handle every situation with professionlism.  I would recommend Critter and Pest Defense to any one in need of animal removal or pest control.

I have been using them for the last four years. They are quick to come when they are called, especially if they know you are
dealing with a problem. They go the extra mile at shoring up any spots that pests can enter your home, not just telling you
what works needs to be done, they do the work. When they are done, they guarantee their work. The last time was for rats that
had gotten in the basement of our new home. They also have helped us deal with a dead opossum that had crawled behind some
concrete blocks in our garage, flea's in our new home. They also have been great at handling our routine pest control of spraying
and maintaining our home against bugs and spiders. They have never brushed off a concern of mine. I find them honest, and totally
trustworthy.

Carl comes and sets traps to catch the critters in the attic
and then goes on the roof to find where they have gotten in.
He does not give up until he finds where they got in.

They do an excellent job - going above and beyond to make sure we are happy and no pests get inside the house. When needed, comes out for special issues, including working on the roof to make sure pests could not get in through skylight.
