 + -1 moreIT WAS FINE. IT WAS GOOD. I'VE HAD A COUPLE OF APPRAISALS DONE BEFORE ON OTHER HOUSES SO IT WAS AS EXPECTED. HE WAS QUICK WHICH COULD EITHER BE THAT HE WAS REALLY GOOD, OR THAT'S WHAT IT WAS BECAUSE THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WAS SATISFIED. IT COULD HAVE BEEN JUST HIM BEING QUICK.
Description of Work: IT WAS JUST A HOME APPRAISAL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. HE MEASURED OUTSIDE KIND OF LIKE A SURVEYOR AND CAME INSIDE AND INSPECTED AS FAR AS THE TILE AND THE CARPET. IT WAS IN ORDER TO GIVE THE HOUSE MORE VALUE.
