Computer Housecalls

It went very well. Terrance is very knowledgable and professional.
We appreciated that he showed us what happened and explained the steps he took to remedy the problems.
After the computer was fixed (Really), Terrance cleaned up a lot of junk files I'd accumulated and installed 2 programs to help keep it safe. Then, he cleaned stuff off my husband's laptop. Yay! Fixed laptop, excellent service and all done in 1 hours time.
I would definitely use House Calls again and recommend him to anyone.

Terrance has been here many times.  One visit brings to mind the time that I contracted a virus which locked up my whole computer.
I called him, left a message that I was in big trouble and within 15 minutes, he returned my call and scheduled me an emergency in-home service appointment within the hour.  He worked on our computer for over two hours.  When he left everything seemed to be working fine.  Later that afternoon, I got a few weird pop-ups on my screen.  Panicked, I called Terrance again and he sandwiched me in between his two other afternoon appointments and cleared up "the stragglers"  left over from the virus at no additional cost.
When he is not too swamped with appointments, he takes time to engage in very intelligent conversations with us.  He is very knowledgeable in many areas and we enjoy talking to him.  This day was not the day for that as he had other clients, waiting for him anxiously.  He resolved all our issues that very day. 

It is very personalized care. He always does updates on my computer. I probably call him in twice a year, or more if something is going on. He redoes computers that have glitches, and viruses. He tells you which software and programs are the best to buy. He is very honest and a good technician. He is extremly prompt.
